About Old Jail Museum

The historic landmark is outfitted in brick, hearkening back to the days of old. The jail was built in 1897 and served until 1972.  Inside the old building, you'll find all sorts of artifacts from both the pioneer era and the Civil War. 

The exhibits range from the Civil War through the Vietnam War. If you're looking for a place to visit for an hour or two, this  little museum is a must.

The volunteers there will often provide a tour if you would like.
