The Ray Branch Trail is a 9.3-mile out-and-back trail near Winchester, Tennessee beginning at the Ranger Station, or if you begin at the Church then it is about a mile or so less. The trail is located in Tims Ford State Park and offers stunning views of Tims Ford Lake. The trail is well-maintained and easy to follow, making it a great option for hikers of all levels.
Some people will cut about a mile off of the hike by parking by the Church adjacent to Tims Ford State park. I do not know if this is public or private property so do so at your own risk.
