As a 21st Century Library and the only public library in the county, Franklin County Library provides a place to connect, share, and create while advancing literacy, opportunities, and enrichment in the community.
The Franklin County Library in Winchester TN stands side-by-side with much larger libraries in offerings while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that is indicative of Franklin County. Teachers and students come together to study regularly when the library is quiet. At other times FCL is livelier when a camp full of eager participants scour the library for clues during a scavenger hunt.
