Drafts & Watercrafts

Drafts & Watercrafts is the largest of the restaurants on Tims Ford Lake and is located at the Twin Creeks Marina in Winchester.  It has quite a few tables, all with a nice view of the lake on a large floating platform.  They have live music some days and a dock to bring your boat up to for an impromptu meal.  Warm weekend days can get crowded.  

Two of my favorite meals there are the chicken quesadillas and pickle pizza (yes you heard that right pickle pizza!).  I asked the waitress one day what the most popular thing was at the restaurant, and she mentioned the pizza.  Well, yum!  Make sure to buy some fish food to feed the fish swimming around the sides of the platform.

Bluegill Grill

The Bluegill Grill is another of the restaurants on Tims Ford Lake and is located in the Holiday Landing Marina in Tullahoma. Though this restaurant has a fun, eclectic environment. Boating and fishing related paraphernalia are attached to the ceiling of the floating restaurant. Just like with Drafts and Watercrafts, there are fish and turtles swimming around the dock looking for vittles that may fall in. Some of the fish are quite big. You also may see ducks or geese. 

Our favorites are the chicken tacos and grilled catfish. Make sure to get a large side of hushpuppies as an appetizer as they go fast (and are delicious). Bluegill Grill has quite a few boat slips if you pull your boat up or you can drive there as well.

Hard Dock Cafe

Hard Dock Cafe is located at the Tims Ford Marina located towards the western side of the lake. They have a restaurant and outside bar. Certain evenings they have live music as well. Food at this Tims Ford Lake restaurant includes pizza, sandwiches and other tasty vittles.

Lakeview Marina

Lakeview Marina is located inside Tims Ford State Park.  This is the smallest of the Tims Ford Lake Restaurants though has a wonderful setting.  They serve Ice Cream, Pizza, Hamburgers and a few other things and have some seats inside and outside.  They also rent boats, kayaks, and paddleboards there.  You can also grab a bite after hiking on one of their many hiking trails.
