Jack Daniel is a well known distiller who lived from 1850 to 1911.  He built the world renowned Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg TN.  The Jack Daniel's Whiskey has become the number one selling Whiskey in the world.  The Jack Daniel Grave was created by the special distillery that he created.

Jack Daniel's Distillery was established in 1866, and was the first registered distillery in the U.S. born. "Jack" was born Jasper Newton Daniel in 1850.  Though unfortunately, the exact date is unknown.  The Jack Daniels Distillery celebrates his birthday in September each year.
