Lynchburg TN itself is a convenient place to stay though unfortunately there are not many places to stay in Lynchburg TN.  The Lynchburg was established in 1841 and  the city / county (which are one in the same) covers 130 square miles with 129 square miles being land and 1 square mile being the water of Tims Ford Lake.  The population is approximately 6,500 people and a main tourist attraction of the area is the Jack Daniels Distillery, there are additional distilleries by Tims Ford Lake as well.

    • Sherri: So pleased with this place. We felt safe. One story, you park in front of your room. We got a newly renovated room, it was clean. No place to hang our clothes, no closet, Not even a hook on the door. Close to a subway and Chinese restaurant. Close to everything really. If you wanted to walk to downtown it’s 10 minutes. But I’m lazy and fat so I drove. Dollar general could be seen from parking lot.

But, you can do all the renovations you want but you still need to clean.  We slept with our socks on and my wife wouldn’t take a shower.  The man behind the counter was very gracious and helpful.     • Bart:  Small quaint room. Recently remodeled. Clean rooms, air could have been colder but not bad. Located less than 5 minutes from Jack Daniels Distillery. Right in the middle of Lynchburg. It was right around $100 a night.

    • Connor: Absolutely adored this place! Joyce is a first three letters of her name, joy! Stayed here for a few days for a birthday celebration. Toured the distillery and explored a historically rich town. Wonderful people through and through. The Bed & Breakfast was easy to get to, beautiful location, very clean rooms, well organized, breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were equipped with anything any one person or more could need to enjoy their stay. I believe Joyce has truly covered all the bases! Oh, and the house was built in 1814! So cool! So, if you’re in search of an awesome place to stay, your search has ended.     • Lauren: What a beautiful, historic home! It is so nicely decorated, feels homely and VERY clean!! Stayed with my sister overnight in room #1 and we LOVED it! The breakfast was tasty, bathrooms were nice and we loved sitting on the front porch. I was also told about Buddy The Beagle dog who lives next door and is Lynchburg's official guest greeter. He usually comes by around noon...See if you can catch him while you're there :) Miss Joyce was such an amazing host.     • Bill:  Very nice place!! This cottage is right in the middle of everything yet very private. Dianne and Bonnie are the best. This staff and the folks in Lynchburg are so friendly and helpful. We will be booking again and again and again. The inside is as well kept as the outside and you feel at home. We cant say enoigh good stuff about this house and staff.

    • Andrew:  This was our first time in a B&B and it was absolutely amazing! Stayed in the distillers room and we were extremely pleased with it. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Tierra was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a tour of the place while telling us a lot of the history of the property. She also made sure if we needed anything to not hesitate to call her. It's located only a few minutes from the center of town and the Jack Daniels Distillery where we did a tour. Will definitely try to return as soon as possible.
